With today marking the tenth day of the 18-day Brahmacharya and Meditation challenge, participants have been engaging in imaginative and creative yoga practice and meditation sessions to benefit their physical health and mental wellbeing. This challenge, now in its sixth season, has been conducted in Tamil, with the aim of spreading awareness about the importance of maintaining and sustaining the highest standard of physical, mental, and spiritual practices.
Every day of the challenge, participants are encouraged to practice the yoga postures and breathing exercises that are helpful in increasing the strength, stamina, and flexibility of the body. As part of the challenge, participants also observe celibacy, get involved in enlightening debates, and practice silent meditation–all for the purpose of reaching spiritual enlightenment.
