The season two of the 90-day Celibacy Brahmacharya Challenge is underway, and with it come daily Yoga and Spiritual talks in Tamil. For the 15th consecutive day, participants of the challenge will continue with their pursuit of physical and spiritual health.
The focus of Day 15 is on cultivating self-discipline and understanding the importance of maintaining balance in one’s inner and outer worlds. This day will include yogic techniques and spiritual talks inTamil that will help promote self-awareness and focus. The day is designed to inspire and empower the participants to live their best lives and open up to spiritual and emotional awakening.
The yoga practices for Day 15 include Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutations and Kapalbhati or Breathing Control. Sun Salutations are a series of postures that honour the sun and offer a balanced and powerful form of exercise. Kapalbhati helps clear accumulated toxins from the body, supports weight loss, reduces stress, and boosts immunity.
The spiritual talks on Day 15 will discuss the importance of maintaining a balance between our inner and outer worlds.
