Yoga is one of the oldest spiritual practices and is widely regarded as one of the most important tools in achieving mental and physical well-being. To honor this philosophy, a special 18-day yoga challenge has just been completed with the aim of helping participants maintain celibacy and practice yoga daily. The Season 6 QA& Experiences is the sixth version of this challenge, and many participants are now sharing their experiences from the journey.

The challenge was launched on April 18th, with yoga enthusiasts from all around the world joining in to deepen their yoga practice and observe Brahmacharya (the practice of celibacy) for 18 days. The idea was to start practicing yoga on the first day and to continue gradually deepening it over the 18-day period.

The challenge combined physical yoga postures, meditation, and chanting of mantras in Tamil, with some participants practicing for up to four hours a day. There was an opportunity to ask questions and get feedback from experienced yoga teachers, and each day had a new theme to encourage deeper introspection.
