On 18th May 2021, The Brahmacharya Challenge – season 2, is on its 18th day of the 90-day journey. Participants are exhorted to practice celibacy (Brahmacharya) and lead a simpler life that is spiritually charged.

The initiative is led by Isha Yoga Movement’s Guided Meditations Guru, Karthik Subramanian and Isha Yoga Vedic Science Teacher, Rajeshwari Raj Varrier. This session was organized free of charge to share knowledge about practicing Brahmacharya in Tamil Nadu, India.

During the 30-minute talk, the duo answered queries on Brahmacharya and highlighted its importance in the spiritual journey. What is it- why practice it, how to practice it, how to maintain Brahmacharya and how to use the experience in life were some of the topics addressed.

Rajeshwari Raj Varrier spoke about the need to practice moderation in food, sleep, and thoughts. She said that this will lead to a balanced state of mind and body. Karthik Subramanian then spoke about how practising Brahmacharya can help in becoming aware, and draw inner strength and courage.

The two speakers also conducted an energetic 10-minute Isha Kriya Meditation to finish the session with the chanting of the Mahamrityunjaya mantra.

TheBrahamcharya Challenge Season 2, offers a powerful chance to make a positive transformation and begin to live a life that is deeply connected with the spirit. This challenge is a great opportunity for those looking to start their spiritual practice.

Through this challenge, experienced participants can also go deeper into their practice and explore spiritual heights. The two speakers encouraged everyone to take advantage of this opportunity and practice Brahmacharya.
