The 90 Days Brahmacharya, season 2 Challenge initiated by the renowned Meditation and Yoga teachers, Sukhdeep Singh and Sadhana Maa has gone from strength to strength! In the 47th day of the Challenge, Sadhana Maa provided talks on the spiritual journey along with other Yoga and Meditation classes in Tamil.
The teachings of this Challenge which focusses on challenging the youth to go beyond the limits of addictions, stress, depression and emotional issues has seen an overwhelmingly positive response. By connecting to their inner being through Yoga and meditation, the participants of this Challenge are looking to come out of this period as a different and more matured individual.
On the 47th day, Sadhana Maa provided talks on spirituality and also several other classes in Yoga and meditation in Tamil. The response to her teachings have been amazing and has provided a strong realization that by following the teachings of Sadhana Maa, the participants can take control of their emotions, become calm and truly transform their mind.
The 90 Days Brahmacharya Challenge, season 2 has not only provided a spiritual and a mental transformational path to its participants, but has also led to many benefits of physical health as well. The practices taught by Sukhdeep Singh and Sadhana Maa have shown definite signs of physical health improvements and physical rejuvenation of the participants.
