Day 56 marks the mid-way point of the 90 days Daily Yoga, Brahmacharya Celibacy and Meditation Challenge in Tamil Season 5, and is the perfect moment to reflect upon the experiences and questions asked so far.

Yoga is an effective practice for building physical, mental and spiritual strength. The physical benefits of yoga include strengthening and toning of the body, as well as improved posture, breathing and flexibility. Mentally, yoga can help to reduce stress and enhance mental clarity and concentration. Spiritually, yoga can promote an overall sense of well-being, peace and contentment.

The core component of the challenge is Brahmacharya Celibacy, which is the practice of celibacy as part of a spiritual lifestyle. It is a significant step toward becoming an ideal human being, helping one cultivate the energy to become enlightened. By abstaining from sexual activities, one is able to direct their energy inwardly, and cultivate a sense of openness, connection and awareness of the truth.
