The 90 day Daily Yoga Brahmacharya Celibacy Meditation Challenge in Tamil Season 5 is underway and already proving to be a great success. Participants are diving into the challenge wholeheartedly and there are exciting stories of transformation coming out of it.

The purpose of this challenge is to make yoga and meditation part of the lifestyle. The daily yoga sequence combines traditional postures and poses with the ancient practice of Brahmacharya celibacy in order to inspire real, long-term change.

The challenge lasts 90 days and is split into different phases. The first phase is the detoxification phase, which helps to rid the body of toxins and bioaccumulated stressors. During this phase, participants are encouraged to reduce their caloric intake, practice fasting, and eliminate unhealthy habits such as smoking and alcohol consumption.

The second phase is the yoga and meditation phase. Here, participants are asked to commit to a daily yoga and meditation practice, aiming for a minimum of 15 minutes per day. The poses chosen are designed to open, strengthen, and build flexibility in the body.
