As the world has become increasingly hectic and stressful, many people have looked to alternatives to improve their mental and physical wellbeing. One popular meditative and holistic practice is yoga, with many different styles and schools of thought available. Recently, a 90 day challenge has been gaining in popularity, incorporating daily yoga, meditation, and brahmacharya – or celibacy – practices.
This 90 day challenge began with the launch of Tamil Season 5 QA & Experiences, which intends to help its participants improve their physical and mental health, and to live with more intent and mindfulness. This challenge provides the opportunity to learn and practice various forms of yoga to establish a daily routine of physical and mental wellbeing. Participants learn traditional meditation practices as well as mantras to practice throughout the challenge.
