As the world has become increasingly hectic and stressful, many people have looked to alternatives to improve their mental and physical wellbeing. One popular meditative and holistic practice is yoga, with many different styles and schools of thought available. Recently, a 90 day challenge has been gaining in popularity, incorporating daily yoga, meditation, and brahmacharya – or celibacy – practices.
